Outback Queensland’s leading Dinner and Show Venue Club Boutique Hotel Cunnamulla serves up amazing local produce and international artists to travellers and locals.


Boutique Beers & Blues features artists Robert Johnson to Muddy Waters to Stevie Ray Vaughn combined with earthy folk/blues originals.


Whether your destination is Cunnamulla or you’re travelling the fresh flavours from our Australian menu, Cunnamulla Characters Craft Beers coupled with entertainer Mark Porter Classic blues with earthy originals, delivered with impressive presence, that’s never overstated. 


Mark is a third generation musician, influenced by the early music that came out of Americas Deep South. His renditions are raw, played on acoustic and Dobro guitars, backed by a stomp box.

RACK OF LAMB


Garlic & rosemary roasted local lamb rack. Served with freshly roasted potatoes, carrots and fresh seasonal greens then drizzled with rich gravy.


BLUE CHEESE PORTERHOUSE


Juicy prime porterhouse steak grilled to perfection then topped with a tasty Blue Cheese sauce. Served with Fries, carrots and fresh seasonal greens.


REEF & BEEF


Prime Scotch Fillet Steak topped with creamy garlic prawns on a bed of mash with fresh seasonal greens.


PORK BELLY


Oven roasted pork belly served with oven-roasted potato drizzled with rich gravy and served with Asian flavoured seasonal green vegetables.


OVEN BAKED FISH


Sweet flesh reef fish oven baked in creamy white wine & garlic sauce. Served on a bed of white rice topped with seasonal greens.


GRILLED SALMON


Rich flesh Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon grilled in butter and lemon pepper. Served with mash, carrots and fresh seasonal greens.


CHICKEN BREAST


Chicken breast grilled and topped with avocado, prawns and Hollandaise sauce served with fries and salad.


BEEF LASAGNE


Our homemade beef lasagne is to die for. Served with side garden salad and fries.


DESSERT SELECTION


PAVLOVA


Pavlova topped with fresh fruit salad, berries, passion fruit and cream with a side of Raspberry & white chocolate ice-cream.


CHOCOLATE BROWNIE


Rich chocolate brownie served warm with vanilla bean ice-cream chocolate fudge sauce and cream.


BRANDY BASKET


Brandy basket filled with a trio of ice cream topped with banana, fresh berries and drizzled with banana toffee liqueur.
